  1. Yes, you get a free trial when you download and install AMusicSoft's software.

  2. Sorry, there isn't a standalone mobile version of AMusicSoft's software for Android and iOS. Currently, we’ve focused on perfecting the desktop version to ensure the best possible experience for our users. A mobile version comes with its own set of challenges, which is why we haven't launched one yet. However, we’re actively exploring the possibility of a mobile app and are excited about the potential for future updates. Follow our website and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any developments regarding a mobile version.

  3. Once your order has been processed successfully (within 24 hours), the license key will be sent to your email instantly. If you can't receive the license key email, you can contact us ([email protected]) and we will reply as soon as possible.

  4. Here are some things you can try.

    • Make sure the purchase email address entered is correct.
    • Find the confirmation E-mail in the email trash.
    • Send us the order number and we will send it to you again.
    • Contact the payment platform, maybe the payment has not been finished yet.
  5. It depends on the situation. If you have upgraded your system or changed to a new computer (with the same system as the old one), you can contact AMusicSoft's Support Team to help you transfer your license key to the new device.

    However, if you change your computer from Windows to Mac, the license cannot be transferred because the license key cannot be used across operating systems. And vice versa. In this case, you may need to cancel your subscription for the old computer first, and then purchase the new license for the new computer.

  6. All subscription plans (except for the lifetime plan) we provide are automatically renewed by default. If you want to cancel the renewal subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date. To do that, please send the order information to our support team ([email protected]). We will cancel it for you.
