A customer has purchased a similar product from a different provider/company and wishes to return the product for this reason.

Mistakenly purchased the software to use on an incompatible system, AMusicSoft will not refund this order. Please kindly check if your system is compatible with our software or not. Our all software is compatible with the following operation: Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7 (64bit) or Mac OS X 10.11 or higher.
The confirmation email was not received within one hour. Ordinarily, once an order has been validated, AMusicSoft's system will automatically send a confirmation email within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this email can be delayed due to internet or system glitches, email spam settings, email typos, etc. In this case, the customer should visit the AMusicSoft Support Center to retrieve the license code. The AMusicSoft support team will reply to you within 24 hours (working day).
Fail to register, activate, or use the software due to the operator error. For example, activating the software that you have purchased with another product's license code; entering the license code in the wrong way, or having no Internet connection while registering.
#2. Technical Circumstances
The customer does not upgrade AMusicSoft software when an update is available.
No technical issues were found in the software.
The customer requests a refund for technical issues, but refuses to cooperate with the AMusicSoft support team to troubleshoot the problem by providing a detailed description and information regarding the issue, or a customer refuses to try to apply the solutions provided by the AMusicSoft support team.
